Refund and Returns Policy

REFOUND 

You can only receive refunds if you cancel 1 day before the installation for:
-Advance deposits
-Paid Appointments

You will not be able to receive refunds if any of those funds were used for parts or you cancel after 1 day. Check the section for exchanges.

Once your cancellation is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Depending on the bank

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Audio System does not assume any responsibility regarding the damage of the parts after installation, in case of doubt, contact Audio System or the manufacturer directly.
All new Products have a one (1) year warranty against manufacturer’s manufacturing and/or material defects and the warranty will apply only to parts purchased in the established time If during the Warranty Period any of our Products does not function according to as designed and not as a result of external damage, or misapplication, Audio System will repair or replace the component, at its option.
